I'm an optimist and an engineer. I build simple products for complex problems, mostly with software.

I live and work in the Miami metro area.  A few years ago, I co-founded a company called Flip.  Since then, we rebranded to Caretaker and launched Apartment App.  I wrote a bit about how we built our "apartment self-checkout" system here.

Outside of work, I'm a huge fan of motorsports. You'll find me behind the wheel of a racecar any time the opportunity presents itself, in real life or otherwise.
